Your taste buds will surely wake up from the sweet and salty rich flavour of these burgers. I mixed ground turkey with a bit of lean ground pork to keep the burgers moist and a bit of extra flavour. I used the food processor to finely chop up all the ingredients so that they would blend into the burgers more easily. Once mixed together, I rolled the ingredients into balls no bigger than the palm of my hand. This is a large batch of burgers, so to save time, I cooked them all on the barbecue about 7 mins per side. I Mel-ifed the dressing and cleaned it up, instead of using mayo I used fat-free sour cream.
