Once you squeeze the fresh lime over these tacos the cilantro explodes like a pinata of flavour! I love fish tacos because they’re light and packed with flavour. They can be wrapped up or served on a bed of mixed greens, either way, they’re delicious! I purchased the fish taco kit because I have never made them before and thought this would be a great place to start. The dressing was cleaned up and instead of mayo I used fat-free sour cream. To prepare the fish tacos, place one side into the crumbs provided then lightly bread the other side. Use a non-stick frying pan on medium heat and fried the pieces for about 4 mins per side…when flipping the fish do it softly as the fish can break apart easily. Fill your wrap with lettuce and veggies, place fish in wrap and 1-2 tbsp of the dressing poured over the fish. Top with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime and let the flavour train begin!
